Welcome to Bronzr Beauty. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bronzr Beauty mobile app and the website at https://bronzrbeauty.com (together, the "Service"), operated by WaxPrint Media ("Bronzr Beauty," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if required by the laws of your country. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@bronzrbeauty.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
3. User-Generated Content
The Service lets you post reviews, ratings, comments, photos, product entries, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Bronzr Beauty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content within the Service and in related marketing. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on the Service. You agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, infringing, deceptive, or that promotes spam, self-harm, or unlawful activity, and you agree not to impersonate others or misuse the review system.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users directly in the app (the report option is available on reviews, products, and user profiles), or by emailing hello@bronzrbeauty.com. You can also block users in the app to prevent further interaction. We review reports and remove violating content and suspend or terminate offending accounts, typically within 24 hours. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, all material on the Service, including the Bronzr Beauty name, logo, design, text, and software, is owned by WaxPrint Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, or redistribute material from the Service without our prior written permission.
6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Products
Bronzr Beauty may include affiliate links to products sold by third parties. If you purchase through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not sell these products and are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, availability, or fulfillment. Product information and reviews reflect the views of the users who post them, not those of Bronzr Beauty.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the Service, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or up to date. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaxPrint Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
